The Concert Band is an wind ensemble that performs a variety of works including the Sousa marches, British Band literature, Broadway music, the latest compositions, and much more. The band typically performs several times each quarter.

Auditions
Auditions for the RIT Concert Band will take place on Thursday, August 31, Friday, September 1, Monday, September 4, and Tuesday, September 5 from 12 noon to 4 PM in the music room in the basement of the SAU (Building 4). Please email Dr. Jonathan Kruger ahead of time to pre-schedule a time to play.

For the audition please prepare a piece of music that you already know, preferably from a solo concerto or sonata. In addition there will be sight-reading.
